I Miss the Haight
Went down to the Haight, Lower Haight only to be disappointed by a 22″ cinema display that doesn’t stand up striaght. I had a beer at a trendy coffee shop, how lame. I wondered out into the street and out of my latest element. Strange paintings on the side of buildings, smells that I knew but hadn’t experienced for quite some time.
I ventured into a smokey bar, well not really all that smoky this is still San Francisco, in my Euro jaket, Armani jeans and pricey sunglasses.
Art that I hop makes my parents uncomfortable, reminiscing about mispent youth, BFF, bar tenders yelling things I don’t understand, shaddy deals, girls of my darker fantasies.
